My name is Remi, and I am a French national who has been living in Southeast Asia for over a decade. Throughout my time here, I have worked as a project manager on a variety of IT projects across different sectors. My extensive experience in project management, combined with my deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, has allowed me to successfully lead a wide range of projects to completion. I have a strong ability to work with teams from different cultural backgrounds and adapt to different working environments. With my skills, knowledge, and experience, I am confident that I can help any organization achieve its goals.

Having worked on development projects in many areas, my experience has made me a specialist in software creation. I have held positions such as software engineer, designer, digital marketing manager, technical project coordinator and business manager. These opportunities allowed me to learn to understand the global vision of a project, which goes far beyond the purely technical aspects. That is why I know how to find the best solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

I have been working in development for more than 5 years. I am familiar with Golang, Scala, Java, Javascript, React, React-Native, Flutter, Swift, and Node. I have experience in distributed systems, Akka, message queue (Kafka) and Restful services. My past projects have given me the opportunity to develop specific functionalities for banking, chat, video & audio needs.

I’m an experienced graphic and UI/UX designer who seek opportunities to learn new things and challenge myself. I have 4 years of experience in UI/UX and worked on both mobile applications and website projects as well as graphic design for various software companies.

As a dynamic student at EM Lyon, I'm driven by my interest in business development, which I put to good use at SomTamLabs. Always on the lookout for new challenges and horizons, I chose Thailand as my new destination. My experiences have strengthened my perseverance, flexibility, and creativity. As a result, I intend to put them to good use by combining my business knowledge with my passion for technology to create quality solutions tailored to your needs.

An entrepreneur at heart, I moved to Thailand in 2015 to set up innovative projects in the web / IT sector with Max. Outside of work, I like to travel around Asia on a motorbike discovering unique cultures and indulge in diving on the most beautiful reefs. SomTamLabs is the result of us meeting with Marine, web and mobile expert, and the best Thai developers. Together, we have combined our expertise and passions to create maximum value for our customers. My role within the agency is to supervise strategic decisions and business development.
